We are looking for an experienced low-touch customer success manager with a successful track record to lead all our customer success activities.

What are some of the things you will be doing?
  • Serve as the customer voice in the company
  • Manage our chat & email client communication using Intercom
  • Solve issues encountered by our clients
  • Manage & help create our help center, including both text & video how-to content
  • Improve our automatic onboarding
  • Detect and enhance use cases that lead to retention
  • Test new features and key releases
  • Analyze our data to suggest product improvements
  • Help drive upgrades
  • And more…
  • 3+ years of successful experience in customer success in a SaaS company is a must
  • Customer success experience in a low-touch environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle
  • Mother tongue level speaking & written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work in European hours
