Hi, we’re BetCare, a partner project of NetSolid Investments.

We specialize in multilingual customer support with a strong focus on sales, conversions, and customer reactivation. Most of our clients are based in Europe, Canada, and Australia, so we work across licensed markets worldwide.

Our team excels in positive communication, customer care, and sales. With every interaction, we aim to deliver excellent service that opens the door to sales opportunities.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with at least an upper-intermediate level of English to join our international team and bring even more diversity.

In this position, your main goal will be to make customers happy by providing live chat support, answering inquiries quickly and accurately, resolving issues, and ensuring a great overall experience.

We don’t care about your background—who you are is what matters. However, the role comes with certain expectations: you should be friendly, dependable, customer-focused, able to multitask, think on your feet, and handle inquiries calmly and confidently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn the technical and user-side basics of our products to respond to customers efficiently (training provided).
• Report recurring issues and highlight urgent matters.
• Reach out to customers proactively with selected promotions.
• Assist with translations as our native speaker.

A FEW MUSTS
• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Be eager to learn about iGaming and grow your technical knowledge.
• Be comfortable working various shifts, as our Customer Service department operates 24/7 (three night shifts out of five, or full-night shifts if preferred).
